Delivery
What are my delivery options?
We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All estimates are based on orders placed before 1pm. If you order on a weekend or a Bank Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day. We deliver using An Post.
Our delivery options are:
- Ireland - 2-5 working days - €5.95
- EU Delivery – 5-14 working days - €6.50
- Worldwide delivery - 10-14 working days - €10.40
- Registered Post + €5
We do everything possible for you to get your items as quickly as possible. But as we use a third party carrier there will occasionally be circumstances that are out of our control and which may affect delivery time.

What if I have received a faulty item?
This isn’t what we like to hear at all, we’re really sorry. Please call us on +353 1 7168621 or email Thecollegecollection@ucd.ie so we can resolve this as soon as possible.
Returns
We offer refunds or exchanges within 28 days, and you can either send the items back to us or return them to our store.
If you’re posting items back to us, enclose a short note explaining what is wrong with your item. Once received, we will process your request within 10 working days and send you a refund confirmation email. Allow about 5 working days for payment to appear on your statement.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition.
Do I need to pay to return my item?
You can return items free of charge in store, but unfortunately we can’t offer free postal returns. We’re not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a postal service which insures you for the value of the package.
Please also note that any import or customs duties incurred when returning your item is the responsibility of the customer.
My return was processed but I wasn't refunded my delivery charge.
Yes, that’s right. We refund the full amount of your item but not the delivery charge. If you have a question that is n’t answered here, ask us either by visiting us in store, telephoning +353 1 7168621 or emailing Thecollegecollection@ucd.ie. We check all our emails regularly and will respond as soon as possible.
